ABOUT ONLINE CLASSES

Inger teaches Ashtanga Yoga Online 6 days a week. Below you can read more about the classes offered.

1 Month Online Mysore
- 1 month pass for Inger's online mysore program. Mysore classes are open 6 days a week, during the following times (CET): Mon-Fri: 0530-0800, Saturday (led primary series): 0730-0900. You can log in at any time between 0530 and o700. If there is noone in the room at 0700, the teacher will log off. Sundays and moon days, there are no classes. Mysore is the traditional way of learning ashtanga yoga, as taught in Mysore India. You will learn the poses one by one, with individual teaching according to your unique needs. Mysore style is for all levels of practitioners, beginners to experienced. All are welcome in the mysore room. Upon purchase, you will be sent the zoom link for the class, as well as get added to a group chat, with weekly information about the online program.

Ashtanga Yoga 1:1 - Private classes with Inger. A bundle of 5 classes. These classes will be set up according to your wishes and schedule. This is a chance to delve deeper into your specific area of interest. Whether you are recovering from an injury, or wanting to work on techniques for a specific pose. This is a unique chance to get tailor made instructions to your needs. Upon your first class, you will get a 20 minute consultation defining what you want to work on. So that you can get clear on having your needs met in the 1:1 classes.

Intro To Ashtanga
- This is a beginner course of 10 classes. A course with new batches each month, that teaches you all you need to know to start your ashtanga yoga practice. The course covers: basic breathing technique, tristana, sun salutations, standing poses, finishing poses, simple intro to yoga philosophy. This course is perfect for you if you are a complete beginner, looking for a step by step introuction to the basis of this practice. The course aims to prepare you for practicing mysore style. Upon completing this course, you are ready to start Inger's Online Mysore Classes.

10 classes(led class only) - 10 drop in classes, valid for led primary series every Saturday, 0730-0900 am (CET). This pass is valid for 6 months after purchase. Note: this pass can only be used for led classes. To practice mysore style with Inger, you must purchase 1 or 3 months of online mysore membership.
